I acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work, and the Gunaikurnai people of the lands I find rest and restoration on in Gippsland. I pay my respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.

I am deeply grateful to practise on Country that has been understood and cared for for tens of thousands of years and I try to carry the wisdom of living with the seasons, and drawing nourishment from the land, into the way I approach health and wellbeing.
